In short: One subscription is for one person. Use the dashboard for your own research, don't share your login or republish the readings, don't automate access, and don't try to take the model apart. If you're unsure, ask us first.
1. Why this policy exists
Viktor Protocol gives every subscriber the same readings, and the model behind them is our work. This policy explains what you can and can't do with a subscription so that it stays fair for everyone and the Service stays secure. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the Terms win if the two ever differ.
2. One subscription, one person
- Your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Don't share your login, let someone else use your account or sell access to it.
- Don't use one subscription for a team, a company, a club or a group chat. Contact support@viktor-protocol.com if you need that and we'll see what's possible.
3. Sharing readings
Readings, stages, percentages and dashboard content belong to Viktor Protocol. You may:
- tell people that you use Viktor Protocol, what it is and what you think of it, in your own words;
- occasionally share a single screenshot for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to Viktor Protocol.
Restrictions on Sharing and Republishing
You may not, without prior written permission from Viktor Protocol:
-
Reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, or resell the day's readings, stages, percentages, or other dashboard content, in whole or in part, including through newsletters, social media, videos, chat groups, or paid services.
-
Regularly share screenshots of the dashboard or share them in a manner that substitutes for an individual subscription or provides others with access to the service's content without subscribing.
-
Remove, obscure, or alter any disclaimers, attribution, or Viktor Protocol credit displayed on the dashboard when sharing permitted screenshots or excerpts.
Reviewers, writers, educators, and other parties wishing to reproduce or display more than a single screenshot must obtain prior written permission by contacting press@viktor-protocol.com.
4. Don't use readings to advise others or build products
- Don't use the Service to give advice, recommendations or signals to other people, whether paid or free.
- Don't use readings as an input to a fund, a model, an app, a bot or any other product or service.
- Don't present readings as your own analysis, or as endorsed by Viktor Protocol.
The Service is general information. It isn't advice from us, and you shouldn't let others think it is advice from you.
5. No automated access
- Don't scrape, crawl or copy the Service with bots, scripts, browser extensions or other automated tools.
- Don't refresh the dashboard repeatedly to get around our limits. Readings update once per trading day, after the close.
- Don't request data in any way other than through the dashboard as we provide it.
6. Don't take the model apart
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile or try to work out the model, its inputs, settings or thresholds, including by recording and analysing large numbers of readings.
- Don't use the Service to train or test a competing product.
7. Security and access controls
- Don't bypass, disable or test our access controls, subscription checks, rate limits or other security measures.
- Don't try to reach other users' accounts or data.
- Don't introduce malware, or do anything that could overload or damage the Service.
8. Lawful and respectful use
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including securities and consumer protection laws.
- Don't impersonate anyone, or suggest you're connected to or approved by Viktor Protocol when you aren't.
- Don't harass, threaten or abuse our staff, or other people, in connection with the Service.
9. Reporting a problem
If you find a mistake, a bug or a security weakness, tell us at [security email]. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you share it publicly, and don't access anyone else's data or disrupt the Service while looking. We won't take action against people who report problems in good faith and follow this policy.
For account misuse or anything else, write to support@viktor-protocol.com
10. What happens if the policy is broken
Depending on how serious and how often it is, we may:
- warn you and ask you to stop;
- limit or pause your access;
- suspend or end your subscription, and block future sign-ups;
- remove or ask you to remove shared content;
- take legal action where the law allows.
If we end your access for a serious breach, refunds are handled under section 9 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We'll tell you why where we can, and you can reply to ask us to look again.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, email subscribers before they take effect.
